1:1 sessions with me happen online and/or in person.
We come together to begin exploring an intention you may have in one area of your life.
We discuss how you are feeling and what is calling you to bring up a specific theme.
Based on your needs, I draw into my wide range of tools to continue deepening into the process.
Often, you will be guided into the body, with light movement or meditation to wake up the senses, release any body tension and come into the present.
You are then explained each step of the breathwork journey. Music begins, my voice accompanies and some bodywork may follow to support and encourage you to move through anything that comes along the way.
As the journey finishes its weave, we complete the process by sharing or journaling.
Post session, I continue to check in. You are provided a 40 day integration meditation, to do in your own time for new grooves to be instilled.
I typically recommend 1:1 experience to those who:
Have specific themes/issues they want to explore in depth
Wish to have privacy during their session
May have injuries or body needs and need to be accompanied in a specific manner
Are currently working through trauma or deep emotions and know they would feel safer with personal guidance
Think they would be distracted by others in a group setting
Want to pursue deep work on themselves
